This 47-year-old woman presented to my office seeking greater fullness following a left lumpectomy. She wished for a subtle increase in volume and correction of the asymmetry the lumpectomy had left. I placed a 190 cc silicone implant in the right breast and a 210 cc silicone implant in the left, both in the subglandular plane, for a natural, balanced result.
