This 36-year-old woman presented to my office seeking improvement in the size of her breasts following two pregnancies and breastfeeding. She wished for a fuller, larger appearance. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 505 cc moderate-profile silicone implants placed in the subglandular plane.
