This 49-year-old woman presented to my office seeking improvement in the appearance of her breasts following breastfeeding three children. She was primarily concerned with loss of breast volume and the position of her nipple-areola complexes. She was 5'2", weighed 100 pounds, and wore a 32A bra. To restore fullness and create a more youthful breast contour, I performed breast augmentation using 255 cc silicone implants placed in the prepectoral (above-the-muscle) plane. The procedure enhanced breast volume and improved overall breast shape while achieving a natural, balanced appearance.
