This 38-year-old woman presented to my office seeking improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She was unhappy with her breast shape and felt she lacked upper pole fullness and cleavage. She wore a 34DD bra, stood 5'6", and weighed 167 pounds. She underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) to reshape the breasts by redistributing the existing breast tissue from the lower portion of the breast to a more central position and repositioning the nipple-areola complexes to a more youthful location. This enhanced her overall breast shape and created a more balanced, lifted contour.
