This 35-year-old woman presented to my office seeking improvement in the size and fullness of her breasts. She had always felt her breasts were small, and after one pregnancy and breastfeeding she found they had lost further volume. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, with 325 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the subpectoral plane for a natural result proportionate to her frame.
