This 38-year-old woman presented to my office concerned about the size and shape of her breasts, which had changed following two pregnancies. She wished for more volume and greater upper pole fullness. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 415 cc moderate-profile silicone implants placed in the subglandular plane.
