This 26-year-old woman presented to my office seeking greater breast volume and fullness. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 385 cc silicone implants. Because she had undergone multiple breast biopsies in the past, we elected to place the implants beneath the muscle to protect them from any future biopsy.
