This 33-year-old woman presented to my office concerned about the appearance of her breasts, which had lost volume and changed in shape after childbearing and breastfeeding. She wished for a fuller look. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 300 cc high-profile silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane.
