This 26-year-old woman presented to my office with breast asymmetry, her right breast having always been larger than her left. She was concerned about both the asymmetry and the overall size of her breasts. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 335 cc silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane, correcting the asymmetry and creating a fuller, more balanced contour.
