This 46-year-old woman presented to my office following a right breast lumpectomy, which had left her breasts asymmetric due to significant volume loss on the right. I performed a left breast mastopexy and placed 220 cc silicone implants in the prepectoral plane of both breasts, restoring her symmetry while adding volume to both sides.
