This patient had 350 cc silicone implants placed in 2017 and returned seeking greater volume. She underwent removal and replacement of both breast implants with capsulectomy, exchanging to 560 cc silicone implants. Her postoperative photographs were taken one week after surgery; the implants will continue to settle over the following year.
