This 21-year-old woman presented to my office seeking greater breast volume while preserving a smooth, natural appearance. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 285 cc silicone implants. Given her petite frame, we elected to place the implants beneath the muscle to achieve a softer, more natural result.
