This 39-year-old woman presented to my office seeking a subtle increase in breast volume. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with a 300 cc high-profile silicone implant on the right and a 250 cc high-profile silicone implant on the left, both placed in the subglandular pocket above the muscle.
