This 44-year-old woman presented to my office after two previous breast augmentations. An MRI demonstrated an intracapsular rupture of her right implant. She had 457 cc silicone implants at the time of consultation. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation revision through an inframammary incision, with 465 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane.
