This 43-year-old woman presented to my office seeking improvement in the appearance of her breasts following significant weight loss. She experienced a loss of breast volume after weight reduction, resulting in a deflated appearance, breast ptosis, and mild asymmetry. She underwent a breast augmentation with breast lift (mastopexy) using 450 cc Mentor silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane. This combined approach restored lost volume, improved breast shape and symmetry, and created a more balanced, youthful breast contour.
