This 33-year-old woman presented to my office seeking breast augmentation, concerned about the sagging appearance of her breasts following two pregnancies and several months of breastfeeding. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 385 cc silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane.
