This 35-year-old woman presented to my office seeking improvement in the size of her breasts. She had always had smaller breasts, and found they diminished further after childbirth and breastfeeding. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 325 cc smooth round silicone implants placed beneath the muscle.
