This 48-year-old woman required bilateral mastectomies. Nipple-sparing incisions along the inframammary fold allowed tissue expanders to be placed at the time of surgery. She later underwent bilateral exchange to silicone implants, with fat grafting to the upper poles to refine her final contour.
